National Award — LTIA
Barangay Plainview was named 2025 LTIA National Winner (Highly Urbanized City Category). DILG-NCR awarded the title in recognition of the barangay’s exemplary KP performance in dispute resolution, peace-building, and restorative justice.

Lakbay Aral to Barangay Concepcion Uno, Marikina City
In November 2025, our Lupon led by Kapitana Nerissa Y. Garcia and Former Kapitan Michael C. Garcia conducted a Lakbay Aral to Barangay Concepcion Uno, Marikina City. The visit featured a warm exchange of KP best practices and a tour of their Material Recovery Facility (MRF), strengthening barangay justice and progressive governance.
Association of Barangay Secretaries of Marikina City
Our Lupon hosted the Association of Barangay Secretaries of Marikina City (November 2025) for Lakbay Aral 2025—the fourth such visit to Barangay Plainview. We shared our KP best practices and program, with support from DILG Mandaluyong and Marikina Field Offices and CBACS.
Lupon ng Barangay San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City
In October 2025, the Lupon of Barangay San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City, led by Kapitana Thelma C. Singson, visited Barangay Plainview—the third such Lakbay Aral. We shared our KP best practices and program, with support from DILG Mandaluyong and Parañaque Field Offices and CBACS.
